e4f.Incubator helps innovative technology start-ups to launch, develop and grow their businesses in the West Midlands. We provide smart incubation for 12 months; much more than just office space, e4f companies gain access to experienced mentors and professionals, access to finance, start-up resources and showcase and investment days. This ecosystem around your start-up is why incubated companies are far more likely to survive than those that go it alone.

We welcome applications from businesses working in the digital media, ICT or gaming sectors.

Oxygen Accelerator is a 13 week intensive mentor led bootcamp for technology start-ups, taking you from a good idea to an attractive investment proposition. We accept applications from innovative web-based businesses across the world. Teams receive up to £20k in the form of a soft loan to help them design and develop their products. The Accelerator culminates in a series of investor days, where we will help you pitch for next stage funding.

If one of more structured programmes is not suitable for your technology business, you may be interested in becoming an e4f Member. e4f Members instantly become part of a dynamic tech community and a range of additional services designed to accelerate the development of your business: regular events programme, shared physical space, access to mentors and finance, start-up resources, assistance with recruiting, and much more. We have a variety of different packages to suit the flexible requirements and budget of a growing company.
